The city hall in historic downtown Clermont, Florida, was built to meet the expanding needs of this growing Orlando area city. Construction began with a ground breaking ceremony in June 2002 and completed 15 months later. 

The three story building is constructed of structural steel with exterior metal stud framing and brick veneer. It contains the administrative offices for the City of Clermont and a Chamber meeting room for County Commissioners.

For this project, PPI was hired to provide CM Agency Services for the City of Clermont. PPI acted as an owner’s representative and directly communicated with the Owner and the General Contractor.
