Oak Hammock is a
Continuing Care Retirement Community affiliated with
the University of Florida.
The 136-acre project
features 265 residences including 57club homes and
villas with 21 different floor plans. In addition
there is a 70,000 square foot commons area with a
performing arts center, art studio and business and
computer center. The 22,000 square foot fitness center
incorporates wellness programs, two heated pools and
massage and physical therapy.
Four dining venues, offer
formal to casual atmospheres and include a sports bar
and ice cream parlor.
Pet services include an
on-site clinic for routine health check-ups and pet
sitting. Walking trails and gardens are incorporated
throughout the site, which has 24 hour gate-controlled
security access.
PPI partnered with The
Weitz Company to provide construction management
services for Oak Hammock.
