The Lake Sumter Community College / University of Central Florida Joint Use Facility is the second phase of a comprehensive satellite campus master plan for Clermont, Florida.
This 65,000 GSF facility was designed as a general purpose classroom facility incorporating the latest educational technologies. The facility includes general classroom space, a state-of-the art teaching auditorium, administrative space, faculty office and support together with conferencing capabilities.
The  facility has its own air cooled chiller plant designed and constructed to tie into a future central chiller plant which will serve the entire campus.
