University of Florida Ben Hill Griffin Stadium Expansion

This project consisted of the design and construction of an expanded, renovated Press Box Tower at the University of Florida’s Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. The changes to “The Swamp” added 3,000 seats in a new club level, as well as  60 private and corporate sky boxes, associated concession facilities, a catering kitchen and support space.

Television and print media facilities were totally renovated to add two hundred seats and six radio and television booths. The total project included a new elevator and escalator tower, an expanded public plaza, the realignment of the main road in front of the stadium and the relocation of underground utilities.   

A special feature included in this project is a powerful stand-alone broadcast feed located outside the north end of the stadium for use by ESPN during live broadcasts on game days.
