Since 1980, the College of Business Administration has provided executive credit and non-credit education to the West Central Florida business community. With the growth of this community, the existing COBA building no longer met the needs of executive education. As a Research I institution, graduate education is become a high priority for the University and College.

This facility house the activities of the graduate programs in Business Administration including the administrative offices of the educational outreach programs, offices of the dean, graduate program administration, and college development.
