The Fairwinds Alumni Center at the University of Central Florida is located in a prominent spot on campus for easy access by alumni.

The facility is a centerpiece of the university’s plan to bring alumni back into the life of UCF. This 23,000 square-foot facility offers a place for reunions and Homecomings, networking events and seminars, continuing education programs, and social gatherings. It also houses the offices of the alumni center.

The center features  a large ballroom with the capability to be subdivided into smaller rooms; offices, a catering kitchen, conference and meeting rooms, and lounge areas.

This project won a 2006 Associated Buildings and Contractors Eagle Award for Best in its Category.
