This is a multi-building project that includes expansion of McKethan Baseball Stadium, a new training and equipment storage building on the football practice fields, renovation of the locker rooms in the Lemerand Center and a complete renovation of the plaza area surrounding the baseball stadium.

While the project is relatively small in building square footage, the project presented a number of challenges including tight site access and the arrangement of site utilities. In addition, all work was done while school was in session and construction had to be done while working around the schedules for the baseball, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track, and football teams.
